Sure, the Giants won a big game and I'm happy for their fans (I bet they were as excited as I was when the Pats upset the Rams in 2001), but you can't deny that the 2007-2008 Pats were one of the best teams in history. They set records in nearly every category and took all comers during the regular season. The Giants played well enough in the Super Bowl to keep the game close, but minus one lucky catch, a few blown calls, and incorrect time-keeping and you'd be talking about the 19-0 Pats. And what's the big deal about Belichick walking off the field with time left? Coaches and teams do that all the time when the clock is winding down! What a lame complaint.

And to anyone who thinks that Belichick caught a lucky break with Brady, I'd like to point out that the 2008-2009 Pats finished the season with an 11-5 record without him. Suck on that, Skins fans! How was your 8-8 season? Eagles fans? You went 9-6-1 and then lost to the Cardinals. That's embarrassing. Cowboys? You were 9-7. I think I can rest my case. Belichick certainly does better with Brady, but he can still outperform the rest of you without him.

By the way, all of the Skins, Eagles, and Cowboys fans who rooted for the Giants are the worst type of fans. First rule of being a true fan: you don't root for a rival under any circumstances! Root against a team, sure...but you're no fan if you actively root for someone else, especially if they're in your division. And I love how half the people who called the Pats "classless" couldn't come up with anything more creative to say than "eff you" or "Belicheat"...who's classless again?

Try as you might, you can't explain the Pats loss into a win. THEY LOST. Game over. Season over. Is this the beginning of the end for them? Just about everyone in the country outside of New England hopes so. A team can be dominant, beat other teams silly and still carry themselves with class and respect, which will earn them respect. Or, they can be like your team and run up scores to absurd degrees, go for it on 4th and 1 from the 6 late in the 4th quarter with a 42 point lead, refuse to shake hands with other coaches, leave the field early...did I mention GET CAUGHT CHEATING...all of this will make others hate them. I don't hate them because they are a great team, I hate them because they act like ASSHOLES. When I was growing up I didn't like it when the 49ers seemed to win all the time and I hated the Cowboys, but I still respected them because they carried themselves with class and sportsmanship while dominating their competition. Your socially retarded coach would be an utter failure in most other careers where interaction with other people is a job requirement. It's a sad commentary on your "leader" when Randy Moss looks like the voice of reason in comparison. Belichick and his cheating have completely erased the national goodwill generated for Boston by the RedSox.
