It’s winter. Well, it’s a D.C. kinda cold, kinda warm winter. Either way, it’s time for winter drinking. Hot chocolate, bourbon, Scotch, port…where do you go to get your winter-warming drink on? Go here and give us your opinions on the restaurant/bar you’re haunting these days.
