1- Start of the Meter $3 is OK but you supose to chang 1/6 mile of 25 cent to 45 cent /every 1/6 mile .

2-The Extra passenger is nessesery in Washington DC because no body pick up more then one Passanger and it bring alot of problem in the future because here is defrent from New York in New York in every 100 feet is one Passenger .in Dc some time in one houre you could not find a passenger . If cab driver pick up 4 passenger the car spend alot gas and also car get damage nobody pick up more then 2 passenger

3-IF THERE IS NOT SNOW EMERGENCY NO BODY WORK IN SNOW DAYS
alot of people in snow day get with out taxi .

4- Those people who pass the old regulation they thinking abuot these problem.

5- If Mr Fenty accept the people Idea the cab drivers also are people and have some right and living .and alot expence taxi cab have . now the rate of zone system is a litte better to people ride clean cars and Better service in DC . I remember when the cab rate was low All junk cars was DC cab .One Passenger told me .That days from DC to dulles air port she took 3 DC cab because there was old cabs if Mr Fenty again want the same problem . This is my expirense and my suggestion.
