		<description>While easy to cook (if you can bake cookies, you can cook meth), meth is difficult to cook up in urban settings like the District because frankly it smells worse than cat pee and in apartments and rowhouses, people are going to start to notice that pretty quickly. That&#039;s one of the reasons there aren&#039;t as many meth problems in more urban areas (not saying that there aren&#039;t any, but...). Still doesn&#039;t mean there isn&#039;t a problem with here with already processed meth which is being brought in from Mexico.</description>

		<description>California is where meth started and it is way more common on the west coast than it is here.  I was in northern CA for Thanksgiving and I definitely felt at times like I was the only person around not totally wasted on it.
