Did Joe Gibbs Call LaRon Landry a “Dumbass”?

1217gibbs.jpg

Joe Gibbs is famous for a few things: Three Super Bowls. Big hats. NASCAR team. And also being a God-fearing man that never drops a cuss word in even the most vexing circumstances.

But I’m pretty sure Gibbs let one slip last night after that idiotic taunting penalty that safety LaRon Landry picked up in the late 2nd quarter after laying out Plaxico Burress.

An NBC camera was trained on Gibbs for his reaction to the call. I’m pretty sure he said, “What a dumbass!”

God knows I don’t blame him. Anyone else catch this?

Can I get a do-over on the punch line? /’Cause the penalty was a-Pauline!/ Anyone? Anyone?
