Doc Gridlock has a piece on the new look for D.C. bus shelters, and it's all good news. Sleek, silvery–just the thing for a city on the upswing! Call it the loft condo of bus shelters. It's also equipped with a kickass route map and maybe, eventually, perhaps, an electronic "Next Bus" function that WMATA isn't quite ready to premiere just yet. But hey, if you're hanging in a shelter this sleek, a long wait's not a problem at all.
