We recently reported on Shaw’s Asbury Dwelling’s dilemma of what to do about the homeless people who camp out in the building’s spacious window ledges. It seems they have found a decorative yet uncomfortable solution.

of course, that’s so easily defeatable. with some cardboard and a thick ratty blanket, or simply with a beverage crate or milk carton, like they use in the park at north capitol and florida, anyone can sit there without even noticing the piece of metal.
