Window Hedge
We recently reported on Shaw's Asbury Dwelling's dilemma of what to do about the homeless people who camp out in the building's spacious window ledges. It seems they have found a decorative yet uncomfortable solution.

of course, that's so easily defeatable. with some cardboard and a thick ratty blanket, or simply with a beverage crate or milk carton, like they use in the park at north capitol and florida, anyone can sit there without even noticing the piece of metal.
