Oh yes, the rule on drunk driving as such wonderful consequences as <a HREF="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/10/13/AR2005101302049.html" rel="nofollow">giving police the power to arrest people with any measurable alcohol in their bloodstream.</A> What a country! Ah yes, the same police who have rules about beating people, embezzlement, shooting people, speeding, talking on their cell phones, running red lights, and stealing from people's houses while investigating crimes, to name a few such rules which these role models uphold. Oh yes, the rule on drunk driving as such wonderful consequences as giving police the power to arrest people with any measurable alcohol in their bloodstream. What a country!
