Thank you! I hope this guy burns in Hell. The way he talked to you and conducted his business was horible and offensive. I wouldn't have been surprised if he ended up missing. I wrote so many people about this jerk and it feels good we got the last laugh. I'd suggest he be very careful in the street, a lot of people know what he looks like. He's towed many father's, mother's, brother's, sister's, etc. cars illegally causing much damage in the lives of those people but simular to what the writer said earlier, reep the whirlwind McGee, reep it and be careful out there, it's a small world.

Sounds like D.C. is doing a good job of finally going after companies. Now Northern Virginia needs to take action against similar activities in NOVA. For instance, Alexandria law limits the towing fee from private property to $75, but A1 towing consistently charges people at least $150 to get their car back. They have been sued numerous times, including a recent jugement where they were told they had to repay the towing fees, and had punitive damages awarded against them. Of course, once you sue a savvy debtor like towing companies, good luck trying to find their assets!! That is why the State needs to take action, the average citizen cannot. They also damage many vehicles and refuse to pay for repairs, which is what most people sue them for, not realizing the other violations the company did at the same time.

This is overdue by years. This is the most dishonest, disgusting "so called business Owner" I have ever came in contact with. McGhee is a low-life,worthless HOOD-RAT liar and very deceitful boy I have ever dealt with. He kept my vehicle and lied the whole time I tried to get it back. Well, I hope he pays for the pain and fustration he has caused to myself and others. Whatever he has in assets, I hope its relinguised to those he has caused heartaches and I hope he gets PRISON time. How he in the HELL he was able to stay afloat all this time. I never got my vehicle BACK!! I wrote letters in the past to various agencies, but it seemed to have not paid off.
BUT now, Justice is coming.
I Pray James Mcgee reap the seeds of dishoenesty and selfish greed he has sown. PAY DAY IS HERE!!!!
