Cutting back on toppings is a STUPID move. If it doesn't have a poppy seed roll, neon green relish, celery salt, it isn't a Chicago dog.

And trying to jack up the already exhorbitant prices is shooting yourself in the foot. I'll give the place 9 months.

Face it; gourmet hot dogs are called "sausage", and are made with uber-manly things, like venison or wild boar, or womanly things, like free range/trade/organic chicken, or minimally-processed (using Fiji spring water, natch) edamame protein and garnished with chamomille flowers.
