Time: 10:12 p.m.

Location: Freedom Plaza, 14th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW

The Lowdown: Don;t know what's stranger: That he's scheduled to show up at 10:12, or that they expect old folks to stay out past 9.

UPDATE: The 10:12 p.m. time was a typo, the mayor's office has informed Mayor's Sked. Mayor's Sked also visited Elderfest this afternoon and it looked like quite a fine event for the District's seniors.
