		<description>Protip:  Call your member of Congress and ask if you and a staffer can walk down to the passport office with your application, photo and the cash for an expedited passport down to the passport office in Longworth and get it done that way.  Then follow up in 3 to 5 days.  From the time they start processing it, it will take 3 to 7 business days if you paid for the expedited passport and had the staffer fib and say that you will need it within three weeks.  It will work like a charm.</description>
