When I was growing up our phone number was one digit off from a popular fancy seafood restaurant. And yes, I admit my sister and I would sometimes "take" reservations for them (especially when people called at obscenely early hours of the morning to make them ... what were they thinking? Who makes reservations at 7 a.m.?) I think a lot of people showed up at Catch of the Sea and threw hissy fits. Oh well.
