To the guy wearing a fedora/pork-pie, ice-cream-man suit, and peddling pedaling a vintage bike: You always seem to be wearing the same outfit as you peddle pedal around Adams Morgan. I have one question: Why?

EDITOR’S NOTE: I don’t know why I let that past me. I guess I just thought the guy was selling a vintage bike. And he does it all the time. Hey, could happen!
