His regular writings in the City Paper when I first moved here -- pieces in the late 1980s and into the early 1990s -- influenced me greatly.  Plus, his cover story proposing _the_ (a) &quot;Purple Line&quot; which ran in the early 1990s.  Anyway, I&#039;m down with this.
