i noticed the same thing elsewhere in january....there are probably tons of old pages buried deep within the system that are like this.  putting the name of the mayor (or governor) on road signs, web pages, driver's licenses (mine still says anthony a. williams on it) is just an exercise in ego stroking.  the city would be better served to have the name of no one on things like this.</description>
