		<description>It&#039;s really not your fault. It&#039;s my mother&#039;s. She put us on a beet diet when I was a teenager. Every freaking night: beets, beets, beets. They turned everything red. The continue to haunt me. Also, their consistency reminds me of chomping on water chestnuts... or cartilage.. or, OK, I&#039;ll stop. I applaud your efforts, though, and will continue to turn up my nose only when you are not looking.</description>
