New CP Feature: Ask Bob Mould

As you might have heard, there’ll be a some changes in this coming issue of Washington City Paper. Among them, as you might have heard, is “Ask Bob Mould,” in which Mould will field readers’ questions about, among other things, music, cooking, travel, politics, religion, neighborhoods, sociology, and more.

   April 17th got me to wondering: in a flat world are the taxes flat; and *thusly* in a rounded world, is the tax system relative to the solar system?
