One on 600

A recent visitor to the 600 Restaurant at the Watergate reports: “The food was quite basic without any special flavors.” Among her complaints: “The quality of the lamb rack was good [and] tender but did not have much flavor,” the “[p]rofiteroles seemed soggy,” and the bread was “cold.”

“The server was very nice and polite and madeus feel comfortable,” the rater concludes. “The restaurant is very convenient if [you're] going to a show at the Kennedy Center, but I will not go back.” (To read her entire comment, and to get other opinions, click here.)

Fair, way off base, or somewhere inbetween? If you’ve dined at 600 lately, let us know what you think.

And where do you eat when you’re near the Kennedy Center?
