Tune Inn rules. DeBonis is right; it gets way fewer staffers than it's neighbors, such as Pour House, Cap Lounge, and "Club Hawk," where you mainly find Teens & Marines.

No offense to Pharmacy but I don't think they qualify as a dive bar. They have Buckhunter. To be a real dive they would need to have Golden Tee. Their tabletops are also far too intricate.

The Hill staffers tend to stick to the Hawk & Dove next door. Tune Inn crowd's much more neighborhood.

I vote for Tune Inn. Raven, F&H, Pharmacy mybe be "dive bars" strictly speaking, but they don't have a dive bar clientele.

Heard of the Fox and Hounds? The discussion on dives in DC begins there. The Raven in Mount Pleasant is also a venerable DC dive that deserves consideration.
