I think the Mayor's Office should release the names of the people funding this trip and those that are on it with him. I would be interested in seeing how many businesses from the District are actually there vs. how may are from the burbs with officers that live in the burbs and don't pay city taxes.
This would have been an interesting trip for the Mayor to possibly take a few years ago while he could still impact on what happened. But now that he is in his last seven months of his term it really is a boondoggle and not worth all that much to the people of the District who are paying his salary while he is there and that of the other District Officials he has with him.
