The Lowdown: Just as long as we're not covering the uninsured with the roof of a new hospital, says Williams on the home turf of the Save D.C. General crowd. Balls!

    The deal brokered by the City Administrator and Howard did not provide 1 additional dollar of care for the uninsured.

    The city would have paid $212 million to move a hospital approximately 2 miles to the East.

    Buy healthcare, not bricks.
