I called 911 b/c some guy lit a fire up against my building. The fire dept came, but the cops didn’t bother.

I don’t bike in the seedy neighborhoods… you should possibly avoid it too and save yourself. If someone wants to be oblivious and say there’s no hatred toward whites from the blacks in this city… then go ahead… but it is here.

I hope the cops pay attention to this. It sounds as though the violence against cyclists is escalating. What will it take for them to take it seriously, a biker getting beaten into a coma?
