The only reason why it was kept a secret for so long, and so well, is that Joy rules (ruled) that place with an iron fist. Anyone who dared leak it would have been massacred, if not literally then figuratively. Muse will run the theater into the ground not because he's not excellent at his job but because the organization has been run so horribly for so long that it won't be able to grow and adapt. Upper management at this place will see to that.

Zinoman herself was surprised that the secret held: “I actually thought that some people must know. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t. I thought, No way can we control what 100 people say in the gym or at their Christmas breakfast or in the gym.”

Murray Zinoman works out in our gym and never said a word!
