Standout D.C. four-piece Priests had a great 2013, releasing the excellent cassette Tape Two and making inroads outside the District with their noisy, short-fused art punk. Now the group has announced its first EP, out this summer as a split release from the band's own Sister Polygon Records and New Jersey label Don Giovanni, home to bands you probably like such as Waxahatchee and Screaming FemalesBodies and Control and Money and Power—it's both a title and a pithy summation of Priests' themes of concern—has seven tracks:

1. Design Within Reach
2. Doctor
3. New
4. Powertrip
5. Modern Love / No Weapon
6. Right Wing
7. And Breeding

The release is out on June 3. For now, reread our interview with singer Katie Alice Greer and relive Tape Two:
