Download: Oddisee’s Odd Renditions

Last week, Oddisee released his version of Marvin Gaye's "Ain't That Peculiar," which repurposed the soul tune with electronic drums and light piano keys. Released today, Oddisee's Odd Renditions puts new spins on Bon Iver, Metronomy, and k-os.

The results are effective: "Paralyzed" speeds up Bon Iver's "Stacks"; on "The Gold Is Mine," Odd rides a chopped version of Metronomy's "We Broke Free." On "Man I Used To Be," which remixes k-os' song of the same title, Odd ponders his personal and professional growth over a soothing blend of acoustic guitars and soft drums.

Oddisee's proper solo debut, People Hear What They See, drops June 5 on iTunes. Listen to Odd Renditions below.
