Cornel West Theory Interviewed by Chuck D

Yes,  Carlton Douglas Ridenhour, the guy who recently rolled through D.C. on a flatbed truck with his group, Public Enemy.

Last week Tim Hicks—chief spokesman/composer/producer of D.C.-based hiphop group Cornell West Theoryappeared on "On the Real With Chuck," to discuss the group's new record, Second Rome. "It's about the message and that God gave us the opportunity to speak," Hicks explains. "Our goal is to manifest it right now—before they shut it down, before they cut the airwaves off, before they blacklist us, which they probably already have."
If you believe Hicks, it may be the last 14-minutes the group ever gets, so check it out below.
