You can learn of their strongly anti LGBT lyrics and beliefs in the "Dancehall Dossier" at http://tinyurl.com/2xax3b Buju Banton's "Boom Bye Bye" calls for gays to be shot in the head, shot with an Uzi, have acid thrown on them an then to be burned like a tire. It is basically a paraphrase of Leviticus 20:13 by the religious Banton. He has never distanced himself from this song. Buju Banton's "Boom Bye Bye" was highly controversial when it was released in 1992. He performed it at least up until 2004. Now he has a new anti gay routine that he has performed in the U.S. as recently as October 2008. It is also interesting that Lowell Dunbar, known as "Sly," is listed on the U.S. Copyrights for "Boom Bye Bye" as one of the song's authors.
