Ha, well, it's difficult to see why Kojo Nnamdi would debase himself with that utterly contrived accent, so I guess it's about even.

Better to be thought a fool rather open your mouth and remove all doubt. A rare mis-step by Kojo. Rather than simply say "my prayers are for the Jackson family" and leave it at that, Kojo goes on a Black Intelligensia tip. Black folk, even the BET Awards Show types are not deceived and know full well about Michael's surgeries and other melanin issues. However, in death, we still embrace him based on something that surgeries couldn't...his ethnicity. For what it is worth, his surgeries didn't constitute a wholesale denial of his ethnic heritage. Black people STILL bought his music! Kojo, as "radical" as Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, Rev. Al Sharpton, and Spike Lee are, even they had something to say POSITIVE about the Michael Jackson. Tell Kojo that he won't lose his "Black Card", daishiki, etc. just because he embraces Michael Jackson.

In the words of 'Huh?', "Why would anyone care what Kojo thinks about Michael Jackson?"
