When Justin Moyer isn't busy contributing to Washington City Paper he can often be found wearing a dress and singing slightly-bratty post-punk songs under the name Edie Sedgwick. Call it a commentary on the nature of celebrity. Or call it a conscious attempt to transcend the confines of the ordinary.
