Question, does it take 7 months of advance planning to book an event at the Lincoln Theatre, Museum of Women in the Arts or the VOA, or are you suggesting that every out-of-town jazz musician of importance who could play such places were unavailable and all booked up; or simply that there was not money available to use those places.  I think the Lincoln sits empty alot.</description>
