I just went there for the first time to see a relative's band play on a Sunday night. I wouldn't call it a dive bar - to me it looked like an "authentic, non-chain, local color" type place. Cute, and they can squeeze a band in, but the guitarist will be right in your face. The fire marshall sign on the wall allows for a total occupancy of 48. There were 37 people there (including the band), and it was crowded to the point that whenever anyone moved around other folks had to move out of the way.

It's a "dive bar" to people who've never actually been in a real dive bar.
