Hey Jeff

Thanks for the comments - I wasn't necessarily making a value judgment about Stowe's dominating the sound, just an observation. I do wish I could have written about Macaroon Five and Bicameral Mind but I had to take off after the initial set. Glad to hear it went off so well.

I'm glad Brandon enjoyed Nobu's concert. I certainly agree there would have been a different, and perhaps more lively sound if the string section had played louder or more aggressively. However, I felt the effect was rather elegiac, the strings providing a somber undertow for Nobu's keyboard work. Several people noted at the end of the night that it was one of the best El Possible concerts they'd seen, so I think it's unfortunate Brandon didn't include the other groups, Macaroon Five (from DC, featuring homemade theremins), and Bicameral Mind (from Chapel Hill), in this review. Anyone who wants info about future Electric Possible concerts can check the website www.electricpossible.org
