Barracks Row Balkan restaurant Ambar is introducing lunch with an array of open face sandwiches. Chef Ivan Zivkovic‘s creatives include a mixed meats sandwich with pork neck, beef prosciutto, spicy salami, goat cheese, pickled vegetables, and a Serbian spicy cheese spread called urnebes. Vegetarians can get their sandwiches with wild forest mushrooms, baby arugula, horseradish dressing, red onion, and hardboiled quail egg.
