ToDo ToDay: Beverly, Wildcat! Wildcat!, and Miniature Tigers
It’s hard to keep track of Beverly frontwoman Frankie Rose. The Brooklyn-based drummer and vocalist has manned the kit for a slew of buzzy bands like Vivian Girls, Dum Dum Girls, and Crystal Stilts, in addition to releasing a trio of solid solo records. The duo, which features Rose on the drums and Drew Citron on guitar, is part gritty garage rock, part harmony-driven pop, and all uber-catchy hooks.
