No-frills All Souls Bar quietly opened is Shaw last week. The corner spot comes from an alum of Jaleo and Zaytinya and even houses the curved copper bar that originally sat in Jaleo. The drink menu is super simple, with a handful of wines, beers, and just three cocktails. No food for now, but snacks are coming. Read all about it on Y&H. All Souls, 725 T St. NW.
