The much-anticipated Shaw brewpub Right Proper Brewing Company has finally arrived. The beer menu kicked off yesterday with four drafts made in-house by head brewer Nathan Zeender plus two collaborations—one with DC Brau and another with Ashburn, Va.'s Lost Rhino. (Read more about the opening lineup here.) Soak it up with dishes like fried chicken parts with mumbo sauce, griddled clam fritters, and green-chili spoon bread.
