Newton's Noodles is expanding beyond fuzu. Beginning today, the fast-casual chain from Newton's Table chef and owner Dennis Friedman begins serving breakfast. From 7 to 10 a.m. on weekdays, you can get a build your own omelette or egg scramble with a choice of three veggies for $2.99. (Bacon, sausage, and cheese are extra.) The egg offerings can also be added turned into a bagel or croissant sandwich for an additional $1.50. Also on the menu: loco moco with white or brown rice, a choice of bacon, sausage, or turkey, and a sunny side up egg.
