BLT Steak is saying farewell to soft shell crab season with a special menu devoted to the crustaceans. All this week, chef Jon Mathieson will serve a rotating menu of different soft shell crab dishes. Some potential entrees you might find include a soft shell crab sandwich on brioche with Sriracha aoili, smoke bacon, and roasted tomato with Old Bay French fries as well as roast soft shell crab with caramelized tranche of veal, grilled jumbo asparagus, and morel sabayonne.
