You know we're out of the summer TV doldrums when the season premiere of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is on tonight. Gay marriage is the topic of the evening, as Mac discovers that his tranny ex-girlfriend, Carmen, has married another man, and Charlie and Frank consider marrying each other for health benefits. Can't wait.
We're accustomed to fashion collaborations at Target and H&M, but now Sears is getting in on the action–what?! The retailer will launch a line next March with French Connection called UK Style, with prices to be set between $10 and $50. Guess I'll have to bookmark another retailer in my browser for the sake of window shopping.
SPOILER ALERT: The Top Chef Singapore D.C. final was last night, and dark horse Kevin won! He impressed the judges with his perfectly cooked duck and his take on the Singapore sling for dessert. I've gotta say that I didn't really see this one coming, given that he was competing with Angelo, a front-runner all season, and Ed, who's been coming on super strong the past few weeks. Still, I'm pleased for the dude from New Jersey with incomparable plating abilities. Congrats, Kevin!
