Tonight in Film: Oliver Stone’s South of the Border

Some people go to the movies to escape into a fantasy world of cheap laughs and romance, while others go to learn about the global impact of violent political atrocities. If you happen to be among the latter, consider checking out Oliver Stone's South of the Border. It's far from balanced, but the film reveals quite a bit about Hugo Chavez and the leaders of South America that the mainstream media ignores and, occasionally, distorts. The flick played during AFI's Silverdocs. For a lengthier review, you can check out our previous coverage.

AMC Loews Shirlington 7
South of the Border today starting at 12:40 PM.

Son of Wall Street, former Yalie STONE
has LOTS of time and energy to promote
son of school teachers who served in an
army that NEVER fights 'Working Class Hero'
---and OBVIOUS phallic narcissist Hugo Chavez

    -EVEN AS

GENUINE veteran STONE manages, once again,
    to 'mysteriously overlook' the staggeringly
    relevant, urgently important 60th Anniversary
of the KOREAN WAR ---this year.

In this he's reading from the same DENIAL
playbook as our RED China sellout media
    business and political establishment.

IN FACT he's on exactly the same page as BOGUS
'America-Firsters' like PAT 'RED China biz-nihilist
    apologist' BUCHANAN.

    ---------TOOOOO funny!
