Alfred Morris is not the greatest sixth-round draft pick in NFL history—but since that distinction belongs to Tom Brady, Morris gets a pass. In one season, the rookie out of Florida Atlantic University smashed the Pigskins’ rushing record, scored 13 touchdowns, and was named second team All-Pro. And through the whole season, while the entire city analyzed every moment he touched the ball, he remained humble. He insists on driving a 1991 Mazda he nicknamed “The Bentley,” even though, at this point, he could afford a real Bentley. Not bad for a projected bench-warmer.
