I totally agree!! JunkFood is the best local band! Not only for their talents, but they have charisma and energy that makes their audience "come alive" when they play. I have yet to be at a JunkFood show where there weren't fans piled tightly agaisnt the stage just to "feel" like a part of the show!

They're vocals are awesome! Bart is one of the best singers I have ever heard, and his energy is threw the roof! Their bass player can always get people dancing with a glimpse or a motion! Their guitarist not only rocks the guitar, but he has the most contagious smile! And their drummer Jeff will never let a fan walk away feeling "left out", not to mention he completely owns the drums!

Their original music is better then the covers they play. If you haven't already, you owe it to yourself to check out a show. They will be playing this weekend at Ned's in Herndon. You have to see them to understand why they were voted best local band. These guys, their teamwork, their energy, will not let you down!
