What is the Best of D.C.?

I have a certain spot where I stand and you can see everything [behind the Washington View apartments, just above the playground]. It’s on top of the hill. You’re up there and you’re just so close to heaven.…The peace surrounds you.…I found that spot when I was a teenager. I come up there, and I get out and stand. I feel closer to God right there.
