On Thursday, June 26th from 6-8:30pm The Rooftop Pool & Lounge at The Liaison Capitol Hill will host eight of the best chefs in DC as "Chefs Behind Bars" for the night. Each chef will "man the bar" -- mixing the special drink they've created and collecting tips for Taste of the Nation/Share Our Strength. The chef who gets the most fan favorite chips will be crowned the reigning Chef Behind Bars!

Art and Soul will also be there serving up its favorite southern small bites, and Rappahanock Oysters will be on-hand to shuck. Live DJ entertainment by DJ Neekola, interactive mixology and the chance to win luxury auction items are just a sampling of what to expect at the fabulous event.
Proceeds from this Taste of the Nation event will go to Share Our Strength’s efforts to end childhood hunger in America.
